The Hyatt Hill Country Resort is out near Sea World and has an incredible outdoor area including many pool, a lazy river, hot tubs and recreational activities. There are many golf courses near there, including La Cantera, which has three courses. The Palmer course is supposed to be world class, I have not played it though (I am too cheap).
