What is there to do in Hilton Head SC, other than golf and swim in the ocean?

We are planning a trip there, my wife broke her foot 4days ago and I’m afraid she is going to be bored and taking the vacation a waste of money since she is not one to just sit around and relax (she runs, swims, bikes, hikes, etc.).

      Besides eating & drinking, maybe you can hire a boat to go fishing, there’s not much else to do with a broken foot, besides the golfing & swimming you already mentioned.

      Savannah is not too far away, but the walking around/tourist bit might be a bit much…again with a broken foot.
